Touchpad Driver Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

Post by Cathy1987 » Tue Mar 30, 2021 1:02 am

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and I'm having trouble finding the correct driver for my touchpad. I've tried searching on the manufacturer's website, but I couldn't locate the specific driver for my model. I also checked Windows Update, but it wasn't able to find the driver either. Could someone please provide me with a direct download link or guide me to where I can find the appropriate driver for my touchpad? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is my touchpad unresponsive?
A: Make sure the touchpad drivers are installed and up to date. Check the device settings in the Control Panel and ensure the touchpad is enabled. If still unresponsive, try restarting the device or connecting an external mouse to determine if it's a hardware issue.

2. Q: Why is the display not turning on?
A: Check if the device is plugged into a power source or if the battery is sufficiently charged. Press the power button firmly and hold it for a few seconds to see if the display turns on. If not, try connecting an external display to determine if it's a display or graphics card issue. Contact customer support if the problem persists.

3. Q: Why is the Wi-Fi connection unstable?
A: Ensure that the Wi-Fi router is functioning properly and other devices can connect without issues. Check if the Wi-Fi driver is up to date and reinstall it if necessary. Reset the network settings on the device and try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to determine if it's a network-specific problem. If none of these steps resolve the instability, contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
