Scanner Driver Windows Server 2008 R2

Post by Wendy94 » Fri Apr 23, 2021 3:13 pm

I've been trying to find a reliable driver for my scanner on Windows Server 2008 R2, but I haven't had any luck so far. I've searched extensively on the manufacturer's website, various driver download sites, and even checked the official Windows compatibility list, but no suitable driver seems to be available. Could someone please provide me with a direct download link for the scanner driver compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Q2: Why is the scanned document appearing distorted or misaligned?
A2: Ensure that the document is placed properly on the scanner bed, aligning it with the markers or guidelines. Clean the scanner glass with a lint-free cloth to remove any dust or smudges that may interfere with the scanning process. If the problem persists, try adjusting the scanning settings or update the scanner driver.

Q3: Why is the scanner not recognized by the computer?
A3: Firstly, check if the USB or Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the scanner and the computer. Ensure that the correct scanner driver is installed on the computer and that it is compatible with the operating system. Restart the computer and scanner, and try using a different USB or Ethernet port on the computer. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact technical support for further assistance.
