Mouse Arc Driver

Post by Vince93 » Mon Dec 13, 2021 7:29 am

I recently purchased a Microsoft Arc Mouse, but unfortunately, I am unable to find the correct driver for it. I have searched extensively on various official websites, including the Microsoft support page and the product page for the Arc Mouse, but I haven't been able to locate a download link for the driver. I even checked the driver section on my computer manufacturer's website, but to no avail. Can anyone please provide me with a reliable download link for the Mouse Arc driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Question: Why is my Mouse Arc Driver not working?
Answer: Please ensure that the mouse is properly connected to the USB port of your computer. If it's already connected, try using a different USB port or a different computer to determine if the issue is with the mouse or the USB port. Additionally, check if there is any dust or debris on the mouse's sensor, as this can sometimes cause tracking problems. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for further assistance.

2. Question: The scroll wheel on my Mouse Arc Driver is not functioning properly. What should I do?
Answer: Firstly, make sure there is no physical obstruction preventing the scroll wheel from rotating freely. Clean the scroll wheel gently using a soft cloth to remove any dirt or debris that might be interfering with its movement. If the issue persists, try adjusting the DPI settings using the dedicated software utility provided with the mouse. If these steps don't resolve the problem, please reach out to our support team for further assistance or potential warranty options.

3. Question: My Mouse Arc Driver's cursor movement is erratic. How can I fix this issue?
Answer: Firstly, ensure that you're using the mouse on a smooth and flat surface, as uneven or reflective surfaces can sometimes interfere with the tracking. Consider using a mouse pad to improve accuracy and responsiveness. If the issue still persists, try updating the mouse driver software from the manufacturer's website or reinstalling the mouse driver completely. If the problem continues, it could be a hardware-related issue, and you may want to contact our support team for further troubleshooting or to explore possible solutions.
