Microsoft Video Driver Windows 10

Post by Julie1990 » Thu Apr 15, 2021 2:53 am

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I'm currently facing some issues with my video driver. The display seems to be lagging and the resolution is not as sharp as it used to be. I've tried searching for a driver update on the manufacturer's website, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any specific driver for Windows 10. I even checked Windows Update, but it didn't provide any updated driver either. Can someone please help me find a reliable driver link for the Microsoft Video Driver on Windows 10?

Refresh Rate: 60 Hz
Connectivity: HDMI, DisplayPort
Compatibility: Windows 10

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: The display appears blurry or pixelated. What should I do?
A: Ensure that the monitor resolution is set to the native 1920 x 1080 pixels. If it already is, try updating the video driver to the latest version. Additionally, check if any physical connections are loose or damaged.

2. Q: The screen is flickering or showing horizontal lines. How can I fix this?
A: First, verify that the video cables are firmly connected. If the issue persists, try adjusting the refresh rate to 60 Hz. Updating the video driver to the most recent release might help too. If none of these solutions work, consider contacting customer support.

3. Q: My computer doesn't recognize the monitor. What steps should I take?
A: Make sure all cables are correctly inserted and the connections are secure. Try connecting the monitor to a different port (HDMI or DisplayPort) on your computer. Confirm that the video driver is up-to-date and compatible with Windows 10. If the problem persists, reach out to technical support for further assistance.
