Keyboard Driver Windows 10 Lenovo Ideapad 320

Post by Mitch1988 » Thu Apr 08, 2021 9:17 am

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my Lenovo Ideapad 320, but unfortunately, I am unable to find the driver for my keyboard. I have searched extensively on the Lenovo website, specifically their support page, as well as on various driver update websites. I even checked the Device Manager, but no luck. Could someone please provide a direct link to the keyboard driver for Windows 10 specifically for the Lenovo Ideapad 320? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

A: There could be several reasons for an unresponsive keyboard. Firstly, check if the keyboard is properly connected to the laptop. If it is a wireless keyboard, make sure the batteries are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge. Additionally, restarting the laptop or reinstalling the keyboard driver could help resolve the issue.

2. Q: I cannot type certain characters on my Lenovo Ideapad 320's keyboard. What should I do?
A: In such cases, it is recommended to check the language and input settings on your laptop. Ensure that the correct keyboard layout is selected in the Windows settings. If the issue persists, try using an external USB keyboard to determine if the problem lies with the hardware or software. If it is a hardware issue, contacting Lenovo customer support or a certified technician might be necessary.

A: Sticky keys can often be resolved by cleaning the keyboard. First, turn off the laptop and remove the keyboard if possible. Gently clean the keys and the surface beneath them using compressed air or a cleaning solution specifically designed for electronics. If the keys continue to stick, it might indicate a mechanical issue, and getting the keyboard repaired or replaced would be the best course of action.
