Driver Qualcomm Atheros Ar9485Wb-Eg Windows 7 64 Bit

Post by Julie1990 » Wed Apr 28, 2021 6:13 pm

I've been searching for the driver for my Qualcomm Atheros Ar9485Wb-Eg device on Windows 7 64 Bit, but I haven't had any luck finding it. I've tried searching on the official Qualcomm website, but their driver downloads page doesn't seem to have the specific driver I need. I've also checked the manufacturer's website and various driver update websites, but none of them have the accurate driver either. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: Why is my device not connecting to Wi-Fi?
A: There could be several reasons for this issue. Firstly, ensure that the Wi-Fi is turned on and that you are within the range of a wireless network. Additionally, check if the correct network credentials (SSID and password) are entered. If the problem persists, try updating the device driver or resetting the Wi-Fi router.

2. Q: Why is my device experiencing frequent drops in network connection?
A: Frequent network drops can be caused by various factors. Start by checking if other devices connected to the same network are also experiencing issues. If so, it might be a problem with the router or the internet service provider. If only your device is affected, try updating the Wi-Fi driver or adjusting the power management settings to prevent the device from entering sleep mode frequently.

3. Q: How can I improve the Wi-Fi signal strength on my device?
A: If you are experiencing weak Wi-Fi signal, you can try a few things to improve it. Firstly, ensure that there are no physical obstructions between your device and the Wi-Fi router. Moving closer to the router can also help strengthen the signal. Additionally, updating the device driver to the latest version and adjusting the antenna position on both the router and the device can potentially improve signal strength.
