Driver Nvidia Gt 630 Windows 10 64 Bit

Post by Minnie »

I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 (64-bit) and now I'm in search of the latest driver for my Nvidia GT 630 graphics card. I've tried looking for it on the official Nvidia website, but I couldn't find it there. I've also checked the device manager on my computer, but it only suggests an outdated driver. Could someone please provide me with a direct download link for the driver? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Troubleshooting questions and answers:

1. Why is my screen flickering after installing the Nvidia GT 630 driver on Windows 10?
- This issue can occur due to a conflict between the graphics driver and your monitor settings. Try adjusting the refresh rate in your display settings to see if it resolves the flickering. Additionally, ensure that the driver is up to date by visiting the official Nvidia website and downloading the latest version compatible with your GPU model and Windows 10.

2. My computer freezes while playing demanding games with the Nvidia GT 630. What could be the problem?
- Intermittent freezing during gaming sessions may be caused by an insufficient power supply unit (PSU). Ensure that your PSU can deliver enough power to support your entire system, including the Nvidia GT 630. Ideally, it should have a wattage above the GPU's power consumption of 65W. Additionally, ensure that your computer's cooling system is adequate to prevent overheating, as excessive heat can also lead to freezing issues.

3. After updating to Windows 10 64-bit, my Nvidia GT 630 is not recognized. What should I do?
- Firstly, ensure that you have installed the correct version of the Nvidia driver specifically designed for Windows 10 64-bit. Go to the Nvidia website and download the appropriate driver and run the installation. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the GPU physically by powering off your computer, removing the graphics card, cleaning the contacts, and re-seating it firmly into the PCI-e slot. Restart your computer and check if the GPU gets recognized by the system.
