Download Touchscreen Driver For Windows 10

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 on my laptop and unfortunately, my touchscreen is no longer working. I suspect that I may need to update the touchscreen driver to make it compatible with Windows 10. I've spent the past couple of hours searching online for a reliable source to download the specific driver, but all my efforts have turned up empty. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the touchscreen driver for Windows 10? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!
