Download Driver Xerox Documate 3120

Post by Ollie1994 »

I recently purchased a Xerox Documate 3120 scanner. I'm having trouble finding the driver for it on the Xerox website. I've searched extensively through their support page, but I couldn't locate the specific driver for this model. Can anyone provide me with a direct link to download the driver for the Xerox Documate 3120 scanner? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is the scanner not powering on?
A: Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to the scanner and the power outlet. Try using a different power outlet to rule out any electrical issues. If the problem persists, check if the power switch is in the "ON" position or if the scanner is receiving power from the USB cable.

2. Q: Why is the scanned document appearing distorted or skewed?
A: Firstly, make sure that the documents being scanned are properly aligned within the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Use the paper guides to ensure they are straight and evenly placed. If the issue persists, check if the scanner glass is clean and free from any dirt or smudges that may distort the image. Additionally, calibrating the scanner may help rectify any calibration-related problems.

3. Q: Why is the scanner not communicating with the computer?
A: Verify that the USB cable is securely connected to both the scanner and the computer. Try using a different USB port to rule out any port-related issues. Make sure the necessary drivers for the scanner are properly installed on the computer. Restarting the scanner and the computer can also help establish a proper connection. If all else fails, try using a different USB cable to see if the issue lies with the cable itself.
