Download Driver Microsoft Surface Pro 4

Post by Eddie94 »

I'm having trouble finding the driver for my Microsoft Surface Pro 4. I've searched extensively on the Microsoft website and tried various driver update tools, but I can't seem to locate the specific driver I need. Can someone please provide me with a direct download link for the driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Troubleshooting:

1. Question: My Surface Pro 4 does not turn on. What should I do?
Answer: Please make sure the device is charged by connecting it to a power source using the original charger. If it doesn't respond, try a hard reset by pressing and holding down the power button for 30 seconds. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Support.

2. Question: The touchscreen on my Surface Pro 4 is unresponsive. How can I fix it?
Answer: Start by cleaning the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any smudges or dirt that could affect touch sensitivity. If the issue persists, try calibrating the touchscreen by going to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Touchpad" > "Calibrate" and follow the on-screen instructions. If the problem still persists, consider reinstalling the device driver or contacting Microsoft Support.

3. Question: My Surface Pro 4 keeps overheating during usage. What can I do to prevent this?
Answer: Ensure that the device is not placed on a soft surface like a bed or pillow, as it can block the vents and cause overheating. Make sure the ventilation is not obstructed and the air vents are clean and clear of dust. Additionally, consider lowering the display brightness, reducing unnecessary background processes, and avoiding running resource-intensive tasks simultaneously. If the problem continues, it may be necessary to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
