Hello all,

I’m struggling with my Canon Pixma MG3620 on Windows 10 64-bit. It used to work fine, but now it won’t print or scan, and I’m getting a "Driver unavailable" error in the Printers & Scanners settings. I think the driver might be outdated or corrupted after a recent Windows update (version 22H2). I’ve tried downloading drivers from Canon’s official website, but the site is confusing, and I’m not sure I got the right file—some downloads didn’t work at all. I also tried restarting the printer and my PC, and I checked the USB connection, but the issue persists. Does anyone have a reliable link for the Canon Pixma MG3620 driver for Windows 10 64-bit? Any tips on what else I should check? Thanks so much for any help!
