Post by Cindy1994 »

I have been searching for a driver link for my device with the hardware ID "Pci\Ven_8086&Dev_1C3A&Subsys_04Ad1028&Rev_04" but I am unable to find it anywhere. I have tried multiple driver websites and even went to the manufacturer's website, but still no luck. Can anyone please provide me with a direct download link for this driver? I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
Q1: Why is my device not recognizing any connected USB devices?
A1: There could be several reasons for this issue. First, ensure that the USB ports are not physically damaged or clogged. It is also recommended to update the drivers for the Intel USB Enhanced Host Controller or reinstall the drivers to resolve any potential software conflicts. Additionally, check if the USB device is functioning properly by testing it on another computer.

Q2: My computer freezes when I connect a USB device to the Intel USB Enhanced Host Controller. What can I do?
A2: Frequent freezing upon connecting USB devices may be due to compatibility issues or driver conflicts. Update the USB drivers to the latest version provided by Intel. If the issue persists, try connecting different USB devices to determine if the problem is isolated to a specific device. In extreme cases, resetting the BIOS settings to default may help, but it should be attempted with caution.

Q3: The Intel USB Enhanced Host Controller is not listed in the Device Manager. How can I fix this?
A3: If the device is not listed in the Device Manager, it indicates a potential driver issue or a hardware problem. Start by checking if the device is properly connected to the PCI slot. If the connection appears fine, uninstall the existing driver and download the latest driver version from the Intel website. Install the driver and restart the computer to check if the device is now recognized. If the problem persists, it may require professional assistance or the need to replace the device itself.
