Pci\Ven_8086&Dev_1E3D

I am unable to find the driver for my device with the following hardware ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3D. I have already searched on the manufacturer's website, but they only seem to provide general driver downloads and not specific ones for this hardware ID. I have also tried searching on various driver update websites, but they either do not have the driver or require a subscription to access it. Can anyone provide me with a direct link to download this driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
