I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 Pro and I am now facing difficulties in finding the correct driver for my Wi-Fi. I have searched extensively on the official website of the manufacturer, but unfortunately, they only provide drivers up to Windows 8.1. I have also tried using the Windows Update feature and it couldn't locate the necessary driver either. Could someone kindly provide me with a direct link to download the Wi-Fi driver for Windows 10 Pro? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is the device not connecting to Wi-Fi?
A: Make sure the Wi-Fi is turned on and the correct network is selected. Restarting the device and the Wi-Fi router could also help resolve the issue. Checking for any updated drivers or firmware for the Wi-Fi adapter may also be necessary.

2. Q: The device is not recognized by the Windows 10 Pro operating system. What should I do?
A: First, ensure that the necessary drivers for the device are installed correctly. If not, download and install the appropriate drivers from the manufacturer's website. If the issue persists, try connecting the device to a different USB port or check for any conflicts in the Device Manager.

3. Q: How can I troubleshoot random disconnections while using this device?
A: Check the distance between the device and the Wi-Fi router. If it is too far, the signal strength may be weak, leading to intermittent disconnections. Interference from other electronic devices or obstacles could also affect the signal. Positioning the device closer to the router or eliminating potential sources of interference may help resolve the issue. Updating the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version might also be beneficial.
