I have been trying to find the HEVC driver from the Windows Store, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck so far. I've been searching extensively through the Microsoft website, various forums, and even checked in the Device Manager to see if there are any updates available, but to no avail. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the HEVC driver? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!

If the issue persists, try updating the Wi-Fi driver or contacting your internet service provider.

2. Question: Why is my display not working or showing a blank screen?
Answer: Check if the device is powered on and the display brightness is set to an appropriate level. Make sure all the cables connecting the device to an external monitor or to the power source are secure. Restart the device and check if the display works in safe mode. If the issue continues, try updating the graphics driver or consult a technician.

3. Question: Why is my device overheating and shutting down?
Answer: Ensure that the device is placed on a flat, hard surface to allow proper airflow and prevent overheating. Check if the device's vents and fans are clear of dust and debris.
