Clear Windows Driver Store

I recently performed a clean installation of Windows on my computer and now I am trying to update my device drivers. However, I noticed that there are some outdated drivers still present in the Windows driver store. I have tried uninstalling them through the Device Manager, but they keep reappearing after a restart. I have also searched online for a solution and found some guides suggesting the use of PowerShell commands to clear the Windows driver store. I followed these guides step by step, but unfortunately, the outdated drivers are still there. Could someone please provide me with a reliable way to clear the Windows driver store completely and ensure that these old drivers don't reappear? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
