Hey everyone,
I'm having some trouble preventing Windows 10 from automatically updating my video driver. I've tried disabling the automatic driver updates in the Windows Update settings, but it still keeps updating my driver to a version that has compatibility issues with some of my software. I've also tried using the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter from the Microsoft website, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
I'm currently looking for a driver link for my video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080) that is compatible with Windows 10 and doesn't come through the automatic updates. I've already checked the NVIDIA official website, but the drivers they have listed there are either outdated or too recent and are still getting automatically updated by Windows.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
