Driver Hdmi Windows 10 Intel

Post by Becky95 » Thu Apr 08, 2021 1:29 am

I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 10 and I am struggling to find the correct driver for my HDMI on my Intel device. I have searched extensively on the official Intel website, as well as other driver download websites, but unfortunately, I have not been successful in finding the specific driver I need. Could someone please provide me with a direct download link for the HDMI driver compatible with Windows 10 for Intel devices? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Question: Why is my HDMI connection not working after installing the driver?
Answer: There could be several reasons behind this issue. First, ensure that the HDMI cable is properly connected to both your device and the external display. Additionally, check if the HDMI port on your device is functional. If these steps don't resolve the problem, try restarting your device or reinstalling the driver.

2. Question: I can't hear any sound through my HDMI connection even after installing the driver. What should I do?
Answer: Firstly, make sure that the HDMI cable is correctly plugged into your device and the external display. Next, ensure that the audio output is configured to use the HDMI connection. On your Windows 10 system, go to the sound settings and set the HDMI output as the default audio device. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try restarting your device or updating the Intel driver to the latest version.

3. Question: After updating the Intel driver for HDMI, my device screen goes black when connected to an external display. What could be causing this?
Answer: There might be compatibility issues between the updated Intel driver and the firmware of the external display. To troubleshoot, try connecting to a different external display or TV to see if the black screen issue persists. If it doesn't, consider updating the firmware of the problematic display by visiting the manufacturer's website. Additionally, you can try rolling back to the previous version of the Intel driver in case the update caused an incompatibility conflict.
