I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and it seems like the driver for the USB 3.0 port on my Samsung device is missing. I have tried searching on the Samsung website and also on various driver download websites, but I haven't been able to find the specific driver I need. Can someone please provide me with a direct download link for the USB 3.0 driver compatible with Windows 10 for Samsung devices? Thank you in advance for your help!

- Ensure that the USB cable is securely connected to both the external hard drive and the computer.
- Check if the drive is displayed in the Disk Management utility by pressing Windows + X and selecting Disk Management. If it appears as an unallocated or uninitialized disk, you may need to format it.
