I'm having trouble finding the driver for the SR9800 USB-LAN adapter for Windows 10. I've searched extensively on the manufacturer's website, as well as on various driver download websites, but haven't had any luck so far. Can anyone provide me with a direct download link for the driver? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: What should I do if the device is not being recognized by my computer?
A: Firstly, make sure that the USB-LAN device is properly connected to the computer's USB port. Try using a different USB port or a different USB cable to rule out any potential hardware issues. Additionally, check if the driver for the device is installed correctly. You can download the Windows 10 compatible driver from the manufacturer's website.

A: There can be various factors affecting network speed. Firstly, check if any other applications or downloads on your computer are consuming excessive bandwidth. Additionally, make sure that the LAN cable used for connecting the device is in good condition and not causing any signal loss. You can also try restarting both your computer and router to refresh the network connection.

3. Q: The LED indicators on the device are not lighting up. What could be the issue?
A: If the LED indicators are not lighting up, it may indicate a power supply problem. Ensure that the USB port you are using can provide sufficient power to the device.
