I recently purchased a new Windows Universal Scanner, but unfortunately, I misplaced the installation CD that came with it. Now, I'm unable to find the driver software for this scanner on the manufacturer's website or any other reliable source. I have even tried searching on various driver update websites, but without any luck. Can someone please provide a direct link to download the Windows Universal Scanner driver? I would greatly appreciate your help!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: My scanner is connected to the computer, but it is not being recognized. What should I do?
A: Ensure that the scanner is properly connected to the computer via USB cable or connected to the network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Try restarting both the scanner and the computer. If the issue persists, try using a different USB port or cable. If using Wi-Fi, check if the scanner is correctly connected to the same network as the computer.

2. Q: When scanning, I am experiencing frequent paper jams. How can I resolve this issue?
A: First, ensure that you are using the correct document size and loading the paper correctly in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Check for any loose or foreign objects inside the scanner that might be causing the paper jams. Clean the ADF rollers with a soft cloth or paper towel dampened with mild cleaning solution. Adjust the paper guides in the ADF to ensure proper paper alignment. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

3. Q: The scanned images appear blurry or distorted. How can I improve the scan quality?
A: Make sure that the original document is clean and free from any smudges or wrinkles. Check the scanner's glass surface for any dust or smudges and clean it using a lint-free cloth. Adjust the resolution settings in the scanning software to a higher value for better image quality. If scanning a large document, try adjusting the document position or using the provided document holder. If the issue persists, the scanner's lens or sensor might be dirty or damaged, in which case, professional cleaning or repair may be required.
