I've checked the Lenovo website and tried various driver update tools, but I still can't seem to locate the driver I need. Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Question: Why is the USB 3.0 port on my Lenovo W520 not working after upgrading to Windows 10?
Answer: Firstly, ensure that the appropriate USB 3.0 driver is installed on your Lenovo W520 for Windows 10. If not, download and install the latest USB 3.0 driver from the Lenovo support website. If the driver is already installed, try updating it to the latest version. Additionally, check that the USB 3.0 port is enabled in the BIOS settings.

2. Question: My Lenovo W520 is not recognizing any USB 3.0 devices. What could be the issue?
Answer: Start by checking if the USB 3.0 devices you are attempting to connect are functioning properly. Try connecting them to another USB 3.0 compatible device to confirm. If the devices work elsewhere, then the issue may lie with the USB 3.0 port on your Lenovo W520. In this case, it is recommended to update the USB 3.0 drivers, check for any USB-related software conflicts, and ensure that the Windows 10 USB settings are configured correctly.

3. Question: I have recently upgraded my Lenovo W520 to Windows 10, and now my USB 3.0 port is not providing sufficient power to charge my devices. What can I do to resolve this?
Answer: Firstly, ensure that you are using the original USB cable and charger provided by the device manufacturer. It is also important to check if the USB 3.0 port on your Lenovo W520 is damaged or has any physical faults. If the port appears to be in good condition, try updating the USB 3.0 drivers, as an outdated driver can sometimes cause power-related issues. If the problem persists, contact Lenovo customer support for further assistance, as it could be indicative of a hardware problem.
