1. Q: Why is my HP 840 G3 not turning on?
A: There could be several reasons for this issue. Ensure that the device is plugged into a power source and the power adapter is functioning properly. Also, try a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds. If the problem persists, contact HP support for further assistance.

2. Q: Why is my Wi-Fi connection unstable on the HP 840 G3?
A: Unstable Wi-Fi could be due to signal interference. Make sure the device is within range of the router and try moving closer if the signal strength is weak. Additionally, check for any software updates for the Wi-Fi adapter driver. If the problem persists, try restarting both the device and the router. If none of these steps work, contact HP support for further troubleshooting.

3. Q: How do I connect an external monitor to my HP 840 G3?
A: To connect an external monitor, make sure the monitor is powered on and connect it to the HDMI or VGA port on the device, depending on the monitor's connection type. If the external monitor doesn't display anything, ensure that the monitor is set to the correct input source and try using a different cable if possible.
