Windows Driver For Magic Mouse 2

Post by Mandy1987 »

I recently purchased a Magic Mouse 2 for my Windows laptop and I'm having trouble finding the proper driver to make it work. I've tried searching on the official Apple website and even looked on various driver download websites, but so far no luck. Does anyone know where I can find a reliable source to download the Windows driver for the Magic Mouse 2? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: My Magic Mouse 2 is not connecting to my Mac, what should I do?
A: First, ensure that your Magic Mouse 2 is charged and turned on. Then, go to the System Preferences on your Mac, select Bluetooth, and check if the Magic Mouse 2 appears in the list of devices. If it does, click on it to pair/connect. If not, try restarting your Mac and follow the same process again.

2. Q: The scrolling function of my Magic Mouse 2 is not working, what could be the issue?
A: If the scrolling function is not working, try going to the System Preferences on your Mac, select Mouse, and then make sure that the "Scroll direction: natural" option is unchecked. If it is already unchecked and still not working, try restarting your Mac and checking again. If the issue persists, you may need to update your Mac's operating system or contact Apple support for further assistance.

3. Q: My Magic Mouse 2 is not charging, what should I check?
A: If your Magic Mouse 2 is not charging, first ensure that you are using the provided Lightning to USB cable and try connecting it to a different USB port on your Mac. Also, check if the cable is properly plugged into both the mouse and the USB port. If the issue persists, try using a different Lightning to USB cable or a different USB port. If none of these steps resolve the issue, there might be a problem with the charging port or the battery of the mouse, and it is recommended to contact Apple support or visit an authorized service center for assistance.
