Vgp-Bms20 Driver

Post by Annie90 »

Hi everyone,
I'm currently searching for the driver for the Vgp-Bms20 Bluetooth mouse, but I seem to be having trouble finding it. I've tried searching on the official Sony website, as well as several driver update websites, but no luck so far. I'd really appreciate it if someone could provide me with a direct link to download the driver. Thanks in advance for your help!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: My Vgp-Bms20 driver is not being recognized by my computer, what should I do?
A: Please ensure that the device is connected to a functional USB port and try troubleshooting by unplugging and reconnecting the device. Restarting the computer might also help. If the issue persists, try connecting the device to a different computer to isolate the problem.

2. Q: The cursor movement on my Vgp-Bms20 driver seems erratic, how can I resolve this?
A: Check for any dust or debris on the optical sensor located at the bottom of the device. Clean it gently with a soft cloth. Additionally, ensure that you are using the mouse on a suitable surface, preferably a mouse pad or a flat, non-reflective surface to improve tracking accuracy.

3. Q: The scroll wheel on my Vgp-Bms20 driver is not functioning properly, how can I fix this?
A: First, ensure that the scroll wheel is not physically blocked by any debris. If it appears clean, try adjusting the scroll wheel settings in your computer's operating system. Go to the control panel or settings menu, locate the mouse settings, and check if there is an option to adjust scroll wheel sensitivity or behavior. If none of these steps resolve the issue, there might be a hardware problem, and it is recommended to contact Sony customer support for further assistance.
