Surface Keyboard Driver

Post by Vicky1990 »

I have been searching everywhere for the latest driver for my Surface Keyboard, but I can't seem to find it. I have already visited the official Microsoft website and looked through their support section, but I couldn't locate a direct download link for the driver. I have also tried checking the Windows Update section for any available updates, but to no avail. Could someone please kindly provide me with a direct link to download the latest Surface Keyboard driver? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is my Surface Keyboard not connecting to my Windows 10 device?
A: Firstly, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Then, check if the keyboard is in pairing mode (blinking Bluetooth pairing light). If not, press and hold the pairing button (located on the back of the keyboard) until the light starts blinking. Lastly, select the keyboard from the list of available devices in your Windows Bluetooth settings and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

2. Q: Why are some keys on my Surface Keyboard not working?
A: If specific keys are unresponsive, check if there is any debris or dirt stuck beneath them. Gently clean the affected area using compressed air or a soft cloth. If the issue persists, try replacing the batteries as low battery power can cause keys to become non-functional. If neither of these solutions resolves the problem, contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

3. Q: How can I reattach the palm rest to my Surface Keyboard?
A: To reattach the palm rest (if you have the optional detachable one), align the guides on the bottom of the palm rest with the rails on the front of the keyboard. Slide the palm rest towards the back of the keyboard until it clicks into place. Ensure it is firmly secured in position to prevent any wobbling or movement during use.
