Storex Mpix 355 Manual

Post by Annie90 »

I recently got a Storex Mpix 355 printer but I can't seem to find the manual for it anywhere. I've searched on the official Storex website as well as various other driver update websites, but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone happen to have a direct link to where I can download the manual for this printer? I would greatly appreciate the help!

A1: Firstly, ensure that the battery is charged. Try connecting the device to a power source via the provided USB cable and allow it to charge for a while. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding down the power button for a few seconds to force a reset. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

Q2: I am unable to transfer files to my Storex Mpix 355. What should I do?
A2: Firstly, ensure that the USB cable is properly connected to both the device and the computer. Make sure the device is turned on and unlocked. Check if the storage capacity of the device is not full. If the issue persists, try using a different USB cable or connecting the device to a different computer to rule out any cable or computer-related problems.

Q3: The audio playback on my Storex Mpix 355 is distorted. How can I fix this issue?
A3: Firstly, check if the volume level is set too high, which could cause distortion. Reduce the volume level and see if that improves the audio quality. Try using a different pair of headphones or connecting the device to external speakers to see if the distortion issue persists. If the problem still occurs, try resetting the device to its factory settings or contact customer support for further assistance.
