Srihome Drivers

Post by Barbie »

I recently purchased a Srihome surveillance camera and I'm having trouble finding the appropriate drivers for it. I've searched on the Srihome website and various other driver download sites, but unfortunately, I haven't had any luck so far. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to the Srihome drivers? I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance!

(click above to download)

720P HD video output
Pan and tilt function with remote control
Two-way audio communication
Motion detection with customizable alert notifications
Night vision up to 33 feet
Supports micro SD card up to 128GB for local video storage
Easy setup via Srihome app on iOS and Android devices
Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control
Wireless connection with Wi-Fi 2.4GHz frequency

Troubleshooting Questions:

1. Why is the video quality blurry or grainy?
- One possible reason for blurry or grainy video quality is poor Wi-Fi signal strength. Make sure the device is within range of a stable Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, check if there are any obstructions or interferences (e.g., walls, appliances) between the device and the router that may weaken the signal.

2. Why is the pan and tilt function not working?
- If the pan and tilt function is not working, first ensure that the device is properly powered and connected to the Wi-Fi network. If the issue persists, try restarting the device and recalibrating the pan and tilt settings through the Srihome app. If all else fails, contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

3. Why am I not receiving motion detection alerts?
- If you are not receiving motion detection alerts, check the settings within the Srihome app. Make sure the motion detection feature is enabled and the sensitivity level is appropriately adjusted. Additionally, ensure that notifications are allowed in the app's settings and that the app is not being restricted by the device's operating system. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the Srihome app or contact customer support for further guidance.
