Scandall Pro V2.0.1

Post by Chuck93 »

Hello, I've been searching high and low for the Scandall Pro V2.0.1 driver but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've checked the official website, various driver download websites, and even tried searching through different forums, but to no avail. Could someone please provide me with a reliable download link for this driver? I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is the scanner not responding when connected?
A: Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to both the scanner and the computer. Try using a different USB port and ensure it is USB 2.0 compatible. If the issue persists, restart the computer and reinstall the Scandall Pro software.

2. Q: Why does the scanned document have streaks or lines across the image?
A: Check the scanner glass for any dirt, smudges, or debris. Clean the glass using a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner if necessary. Also, make sure the documents being scanned are clean and free from any marks. If the problem persists, recalibrate the scanner using the Scandall Pro software.

3. Q: Why does the scanner display a paper jam error even when there is no paper jammed?
A: Open the scanner's document feeder and visually inspect for any jammed documents or debris. Remove any obstructions carefully. If no physical obstructions are found, try cleaning the paper path rollers using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water. Reset the scanner by turning it off and on again. If the error persists, consult the Scandall Pro user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
