Pixma Mp150 Scanner Driver Windows 10

Post by Larry1991 »

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and I'm having trouble finding a driver for my Pixma Mp150 scanner. I've searched extensively on the Canon website, as well as other driver update websites, but I haven't been able to locate a suitable driver for Windows 10. Does anyone here happen to know where I can find a reliable download link for the driver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Q1: Why is the scanned image appearing distorted or skewed?

A1: The distortion or skewing of the scanned image can be due to improper placement or alignment of the document on the scanner glass. Make sure to align the document with the indicated corner guides and ensure it is placed close to the edges. Additionally, check the scanner glass for any dirt or smudges that may affect the scanning process.

Q2: Why is the scanner not responding when connected to the computer?

A2: If the scanner is not responding, first ensure that the USB cable is securely connected to both the scanner and the computer. Try using a different USB port or cable if available. Additionally, make sure that the scanner driver is properly installed on your Windows 10 system. You can check the device manager and reinstall the driver if needed. Restarting the computer and the scanner may also help resolve any temporary connection issues.

Q3: Why am I encountering paper jams during scanning?

A3: Paper jams during scanning can occur if the document is not inserted correctly or if there are foreign objects obstructing the paper path. Make sure the document is not wrinkled, folded, or torn, and ensure that it is inserted straight and aligned properly with the paper feed guides.
