N53Sv Drivers Windows 10

Post by Margie »

Hey everyone,

I recently upgraded my Asus N53Sv laptop to Windows 10 and I'm having trouble finding the drivers for it. I've tried searching through the Asus website, but unfortunately, they only provide drivers for Windows 7 and 8. I've also tried using the Windows Update feature, but that didn't yield any results either.

Specifically, I'm looking for the audio driver as I'm currently unable to get any sound. Can anyone help me out by providing a reliable link to download the audio driver for the N53Sv model compatible with Windows 10? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: My laptop's display is not turning on. What should I do?
A: First, ensure that the display is not simply turned off. Press the designated function key or combination (e.g., Fn + F2) to toggle the display. If that doesn't work, try connecting an external monitor to check if it's a display or graphics card issue. If the external monitor works fine, it may indicate a problem with the display panel or its connections.

2. Q: My Wi-Fi is not working on this laptop. How can I fix it?
A: Start by checking if the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled. Look for a dedicated physical switch or use the function keys to toggle it on. Also, make sure airplane mode is disabled. Restart your router and check if other devices can connect to the Wi-Fi network. If the problem persists, update the Wi-Fi drivers from the manufacturer's website or try reinstalling them.

3. Q: The laptop is not recognizing any USB devices. How can I resolve this issue?
A: First, try connecting the USB devices to different ports as the initial ports may be faulty. Ensure that the USB drivers are up to date by visiting the manufacturer's website or using Windows Update. Verify that the USB devices work on other computers to rule out any hardware issues. If none of these solutions work, try resetting the USB controllers by going to the Device Manager and uninstalling the USB drivers, then restart the laptop to automatically reinstall them.

Remember to always consult the official documentation and seek professional help if necessary for precise troubleshooting of individual devices.
