Mx Master 5500 Mouse Drover Update

Post by Shelly »

I recently purchased a MX Master 5500 Mouse and I'm having difficulty finding the updated driver for it. I've searched on the manufacturer's website and various driver update websites but haven't had any luck. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the latest driver for the MX Master 5500 Mouse? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

Q1: Why is my Mx Master 5500 Mouse not connecting to my computer via Bluetooth?
A1: Make sure the mouse is in pairing mode by pressing and holding the Easy-Switch button until the LED light on the mouse starts blinking rapidly. Check if your computer's Bluetooth is turned on and in discoverable mode. Restart both the mouse and the computer, and try the pairing process again.

Q2: Why is the scrolling on my Mx Master 5500 Mouse not working smoothly?
A2: Ensure that the scroll wheel is clean from any debris or dust that might hinder its smooth movement. Update the mouse driver to the latest version from Logitech's official website. If the issue persists, try using the mouse on a different surface, as some surfaces can interfere with the scrolling functionality.

Q3: Why is my Mx Master 5500 Mouse not holding a charge for the specified battery life?
A3: Firstly, make sure you are using a reputable USB charging cable to charge the mouse. Check that the charging port on the mouse is clean and free from any debris. If the problem persists, try using a different USB port or charger to eliminate the possibility of a faulty power source. If all else fails, consider replacing the battery in the mouse as it may have deteriorated over time.
