Kodak I1150

Post by Tabby1995 »

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a Kodak I1150 scanner, but I seem to be having trouble finding the appropriate driver for it. I've already checked the official Kodak website and their driver support section, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any links specific to the I1150 model. I've also tried searching on various other reliable driver websites, but to no avail.

If anyone here knows where I can find a reliable driver link for the Kodak I1150 scanner, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make sure I have the latest drivers installed to ensure optimal performance. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: What should I do if my Kodak I1150 scanner is not powering on?
A: First, ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into both the scanner and the power outlet. Confirm that the power outlet is functioning properly by plugging in another device. Try using a different power cable if available. If the issue persists, contact Kodak support for further assistance.

2. Q: Why am I experiencing paper jams frequently with my Kodak I1150 scanner?
A: Frequent paper jams can occur due to several reasons. Make sure that the documents being scanned are not wrinkled, torn, or sticky. Ensure that the paper path is clean and free from debris. Adjust the paper guides according to the document size to prevent jams. Additionally, check if the roller assembly requires cleaning or replacement. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on maintenance and troubleshooting.

3. Q: How can I resolve the issue of scanned documents appearing distorted or skewed?
A: Distortion or skewing can result from incorrect document placement or improper calibration. Make sure the documents are aligned properly in the feeder and evenly loaded. Adjust the paper guides snugly against the documents. If the issue persists, recalibrate the scanner using the bundled calibration sheet. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for calibration, and if needed, consult the online support resources for troubleshooting tips.
