Keyboard Drivers For Surface

Post by Birdie »

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a Surface laptop and I'm trying to update my keyboard drivers. Unfortunately, I've been having trouble finding the correct drivers online. I've searched on the official Microsoft website, as well as other driver download websites, but I haven't had any luck.

Could someone please provide me with a direct link to the latest keyboard drivers for the Surface laptop? I would really appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is my Surface Keyboard not working after installing the drivers?
A: Make sure the drivers are properly installed and up to date. Restart your device and check for any conflicts with other software or drivers. If the issue persists, try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or repairing the Bluetooth connection.

2. Q: I'm unable to connect my Surface Keyboard via Bluetooth. What can I do?
A: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Surface device. Verify that the keyboard is discoverable and in pairing mode. If facing difficulties, try removing any previously paired devices and then re-pair the Surface Keyboard. If the problem persists, restart both the device and keyboard, and ensure they are within close proximity during pairing.

3. Q: Some keys on my Surface Keyboard are unresponsive. How can I fix this?
A: Firstly, check if the issue is specific to certain keys or if the entire keyboard is affected. If only specific keys are unresponsive, try cleaning the affected keys and ensuring there is no debris stuck beneath them. If the whole keyboard is unresponsive, try disconnecting and reconnecting it or restarting your device. If the problem still persists, consider contacting Microsoft support for further assistance or a possible device replacement.
