Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

- Possible causes for a slow device could be excessive background processes, lack of storage space, or a fragmented hard drive. Performing a disk cleanup, uninstalling unnecessary applications, or running a disk defragmentation can help improve performance.

2. How can I resolve display issues on my device?
- If you are experiencing display problems, make sure the graphics driver is up to date. Go to the manufacturer's website and download/install the latest Intel HD 4400 Graphics Driver. Additionally, ensure that the display settings are properly configured and try connecting to a different external display or monitor.

3. Why does my Wi-Fi connection keep dropping?
- Frequent Wi-Fi disconnections can be due to signal interference, outdated network drivers, or a faulty router. To resolve this issue, try moving closer to the Wi-Fi router, updating the network drivers, or resetting the router. Adjusting the Wi-Fi channel or using a wired connection can also help stabilize the connection.
