Troubleshooting:

Question 1: Why is the printer not responding to print commands?
Answer 1: Please check the printer's power connection, ensure it is plugged in and switched on. Verify the printer's network connection if it is connected through Ethernet. Restart the computer or device sending the print command and try again.

Question 2: How can I resolve paper jam issues in the printer?
Answer 2: Firstly, switch off the printer and unplug it from the power source before attempting any fixes. Gently remove any visible paper stuck in the printer's paper path. Check all areas carefully, including input trays, output trays, fusing unit, and bypass tray. If any paper remnants are found, carefully remove them. Once cleared, ensure the paper trays are correctly loaded, and try printing again.

Question 3: How can I improve print quality if the output appears faded or blurred?
Answer 3: Verify that the toner cartridges have sufficient toner levels. If low, replace the toner cartridge with a new one. Clean the printer's paper path and imaging components using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any dust or debris. Adjust the print quality settings in the printer driver to a higher resolution. If the issue persists, consult the printer's user manual for specific troubleshooting steps related to image quality.
