Driver Asus B85M-G

Post by Peggy94 »

I've been searching for the driver for my Asus B85M-G motherboard, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I've checked the Asus official website, but they only seem to have a few outdated drivers available for download. I also tried searching on other driver websites, but no luck so far. Can anyone please provide me with a reliable link to download the driver? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: Why is my computer not recognizing the RAM installed on the Asus B85M-G motherboard?
A: Firstly, ensure that the RAM sticks are properly seated in the memory slots on the motherboard. If they are properly installed, try clearing the CMOS memory by removing the motherboard battery for a few minutes and reinserting it. If the issue persists, check for compatibility issues between the RAM modules and the motherboard or consult Asus support for further assistance.

2. Q: How do I resolve constant boot loop issues experienced with the Asus B85M-G?
A: Start by unplugging all peripherals from the computer and removing any recently installed hardware or components. Ensure that all power connections are secure and that the CPU cooler is properly installed. Clear the CMOS memory by following the instructions in the motherboard manual. If the problem continues, test your RAM sticks individually and check for any signs of overheating or physical damage on the motherboard.

3. Q: Why does my network connection keep dropping when using the onboard LAN of the Asus B85M-G motherboard?
A: Begin by updating the LAN driver to the latest version from the official Asus website. Check the LAN cable connections to ensure they are secure and not damaged. If the issue persists, try using a different LAN cable and test the connectivity on a different network port on your router or modem. If the problem still occurs, consider installing an Ethernet expansion card as a possible workaround or contact Asus support for further assistance with a potential hardware issue.
