Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Q: My computer is not recognizing the Logitech Nano Receiver. What should I do?
A: Firstly, ensure that the receiver is properly inserted into a working USB port. If it is inserted correctly and still not recognized, try using a different USB port. Restarting the computer and checking for any driver updates on the Logitech website may also resolve the issue.

2. Q: The wireless connection between my Logitech mouse and the Nano Receiver keeps disconnecting. How can I fix this?
A: Check the batteries of your mouse to ensure they are not low or depleted. Also, ensure that the mouse is within the range specified by Logitech (up to 10 meters). A: Firstly, ensure that the keyboard is properly paired with the Nano Receiver. Press the Connect or Reset button on the receiver and then press the Connect or Reset button on the keyboard to establish a new connection. If this doesn't work, try replacing the batteries in the keyboard. Make sure there are no obstructions between the keyboard and the receiver, and that the receiver is within the specified range. Finally, verify that the keyboard is compatible with the Nano Receiver by checking Logitech's compatibility list.
