Canopus Da Port

Post by Freddy »

Hi there, I've been looking for a driver for my Canopus Da Port device but I haven't had any luck finding it. I've already searched on the official Canopus website, as well as multiple driver download websites, but I couldn't find the specific driver I need. Could someone please provide me with a reliable source or link to download the Canopus Da Port driver? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Supports HDCP 2.2 and USB-C Power Delivery
Compatible devices: laptops, tablets, smartphones
USB-C to HDMI and VGA adapter

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: Why is there no display when connecting the Canopus Da Port to my laptop?
A: Ensure that the adapter is securely connected to both your laptop and the external display. Check if the laptop's display output is set to the correct source (HDMI or VGA) and verify that the external display is powered on and on the correct input.

2. Q: Why is the audio not working when using the Canopus Da Port?
A: Verify that the audio cable is properly connected to both the adapter's 3.5mm audio jack and the audio system. Ensure that the audio output of your device is set to the correct source (3.5mm audio jack) and that the volume is not muted or too low on both the device and the audio system.

3. Q: The display quality seems poor when using the Canopus Da Port at 4K resolution. What could be the issue?
A: Confirm that your device and display support 4K resolution at 60Hz. Ensure that the proper HDMI cable is being used (preferably HDMI 2.0) for reliable 4K signal transmission. Additionally, check if the display settings on your device are set to output at 4K resolution and confirm that the adapter's firmware is up to date.
