Canon Mg2520 Driver

Post by Maggie »

I've been searching high and low for the driver for my Canon Mg2520 printer, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. I've tried checking the official Canon website, but all I could find were software updates and manuals, but not the actual driver. I even tried searching on various driver update websites, but they all either redirected me to the Canon site or had outdated versions of the driver. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the Canon Mg2520 driver? I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

- Print Speed: Up to 8 pages per minute (black), up to 4 pages per minute (color)
- Print Resolution: Up to 4800 x 600 dpi
- Scan Resolution: Up to 600 x 1200 dpi

- Connectivity: Hi-Speed USB
- Ink Cartridges: PG-245 (black), CL-246 (color)

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:

1. Why is my printed document coming out blurry?
- Check the print settings in the driver software. Make sure the print resolution is set to the desired level (e.g., 4800 x 600 dpi).
- Ensure that the paper being used is compatible with the printer and is not damp or damaged.
- If the ink cartridges are low, replace them, as low ink levels can also affect print quality.

2. Why is my scanner not working?
- Verify that the scanner is properly connected to the computer via the USB cable.
- Make sure the scanner driver is installed correctly. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest driver version.
- Restart both the printer and the computer to refresh the connection and try scanning again.

3. How do I resolve paper jam issues?
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord before attempting to remove any paper jams.
- Open the printer's access panel and gently pull out any visible jammed paper, taking care not to tear it.
- If the paper is stuck deep inside the printer, consult the user manual or contact Canon's customer support for guidance on how to safely remove the jammed paper.

Please note that these troubleshooting tips are general guidelines, and it's always recommended to consult the device's user manual or seek professional assistance for complex issues.
