C351C Epson

Post by Donnie »

I recently upgraded my computer's operating system and now I'm facing issues with my C351C Epson printer. It seems that the driver for this printer is not compatible with the new OS. I've searched extensively on Epson's official website as well as on various driver download websites, but I haven't been able to find a link to download the updated driver. Could someone please provide me with a direct link to download the updated driver for my C351C Epson printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Troubleshooting Questions and Answers:
1. Q: Why is the printed document coming out blurred?
A: Blurry prints can be caused by several factors. Ensure that the paper is correctly loaded and is of the recommended quality. Also, perform a print head alignment and check if the ink cartridges are properly installed and not running low on ink.

2. Q: Why is the printer not responding to print commands?
A: If the printer is not responding to print commands, check if it is properly connected to the computer or the network. Ensure that the printer driver is correctly installed, and try restarting both the printer and the computer. If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the printer driver or contacting Epson customer support.

3. Q: Why is the printer not connecting to Wi-Fi?
A: If the printer is unable to connect to Wi-Fi, ensure that the SSID and password are entered correctly while setting up the wireless connection. Check if the Wi-Fi signal is strong and within the printer's range. Also, verify that the Wi-Fi router is functioning correctly and try restarting both the printer and the router. If the problem persists, consult the printer's user manual or reach out to Epson support for further assistance.
